LensCrafters | EYE love you

“It’s time to get a pair of eyeglasses.” In the past, the sound of those words after an eye exam usually caused a bit of consternation and an “Oh no!”

Eyeglasses today have come a long way. With styles crafted by designers such as Bulgari, Giorgio Armani, Tiffany, and Persol, there are so many frames to lust after. Eyeglasses add a level of gravitas and whimsy to an outfit and refine any look.

I recently partnered with LensCrafters on the Grand Opening of their stunning new Bethesda, Maryland store (located at 7141 Arlington Road) where they feature an array of eyeglasses and sunglasses that look like they are handpicked from the accessories closet at Vogue. The store also has an on-site eye doctor’s office, where they conduct eye exams for added convenience – a one stop shop! It was so nice to do my eye exam and pick out a pair of frames in one place. The exam was thorough but super efficient – it was completed in less than 30 minutes. Following the exam, I reviewed my vision health with the doctor and was given my prescription. Excitedly, off I went to pick out my favorite frames! A few days later my frames were ready (I received a text alert) for pick up and voila! It made the whole experience so seamless that I’ve told all my friends and family to book their eye exam appointment online and visit ASAP!

As we approach Fall and the beginning of a new school year – it’s a perfect time to get your little ones checked out too – you can plan your visit together as a family! Not to mention that even if you don’t think you are having vision issues, an annual eye exam can ensure your eye health is top notch!

It had been years since I had an eye exam and now I am definitely making it an annual back to school tradition! Can’t wait to hear what you guys think about the new store. It’s in the perfect location!

Special thanks to LensCrafters for sponsoring this post.
