Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. Those beautiful crisp mornings and cool evenings call for layering, so I pulled some of my favorite Fall fashion pieces together with the help of Old Navy.  This Old Navy poncho, which I styled with these rockstar jeans and black mules, is the perfect piece for those Sunday brunches or to warm you up on that cool night out.
