It’s no secret that tassels are here to stay. From their first debut a few years back, no one ever thought that the tassel trend would translate from stuffy furniture to the runway. From tassel totes, necklaces, to swimsuits — I’m a huge fan. I spotted this tassel top and skirt recently at H&M and couldn’t resist.
