A few weeks back I had the pleasure of working with fitness guru Anna Kaiser, also celebrity trainer to the stars, in hosting a AKT in Motion happy hour work out session to celebrate her new DVD (see here and here). The event was a huge success and I’m so happy that other fitness lovers like myself were able to experience her new Happy Hour workout.

The best thing about Anna’s workouts is that she incorporates dance moves into her routines, making it fun. Don’t worry — I am the most uncoordinated person so if I can do it so can you!
