Revlon Makeup Review

I was introduced to Revlon at a very young age, considering it was the only makeup brand my mom would buy. I knew from the start that Revlon would be my go-to brand for quality make-up at an affordable price. I was so excited when Revlon asked me to review some of their new products like the BB Photo Ready Cream, Nearly Naked Foundation and Pressed Powder.

Revlon Photo Ready BB Cream I had been in the market for a BB Cream and I loved this one. It offers full coverage and is really lightweight. Since I only wear foundation for special occasions (or when I go out), this is the perfect everyday cream that helps eliminate any red spots of discoloring from the sun. It also has SPF 30 to help out with those sun spots we all need to avoid.

Tip: Always remember to put on BB Cream or any cream for that matter in an upward motion away from the center of your face. This helps keep your face firm.

Nearly Naked Foundation and Pressed Powder Since I am not a fan of heavy oil based foundations, this was perfect. As a water-based foundation it’s more lightweight and sheer but still offers lots of pigmentation.  It also helps hydrate the skin for those of us that might have some dry spots. Overall I would highly recommend this foundation. The pressed powder is also great because it helps seal the foundation and helps your makeup last longer. At such an amazing price, it’s really hard to beat this combo!

Tip: Rather than swiping powder on your face try blotting it with a brush. That way you actually get some coverage as oppose to wiping off your foundation.
