National Arboretum

One of the highlights of my Memorial Day weekend was visiting DC’s National Arboretum. It is a 446 acre site full of beautiful gardens and trees, which serves the public’s need for “research and education” in agriculture. I had no idea this site existed in DC and was pleasantly surprised. Next time I will definitely take my bike and have a little picnic there.

    aww! Sara you have such a great eye for photography! Good for you! They’re beautiful. I’ve always wanted to go to the arboretum, this will definitely push me to visit soon.
